Rates

• $300 per hour
• A typical neuropsychological evaluation takes approximately 7-10 hours in total between the 3 appointments, however there is variability depending on the referral question. The cost of the evaluation is capped at $3,000. A good faith estimate will be provided to you prior to initiation of cognitive testing.
• Hourly consultation is available when neuropsychological testing is not warranted or desired.  

Insurance

Due to significant time constraints, I do not accept insurance. This allows for more time with patients and extended focus on personalized plans, as well as little to no waiting period to be seen following the referral or appointment request. 

Payment

I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the appointment time.
